Mid-Construction and Over Budget
Arthur was in a situation we would all like to be in – he was moving toward completion of a total remodel of a waterfront house in Strawberry with spectacular San Francisco views. However, he had blown through his construction budget, and with the end in sight, no bank would give him the last $500,000 to finish his $3,500,000 project – even though he owned the house with no debt and the project was nearing completion.
After a careful inspection and an interview with the contractor, RMC moved forward with the loan and the work was completed three months later. The house rocks!
