The Challenge

Driving around on a Sunday afternoon Kiri and her husband had stumbled upon the perfect family home in San Anselmo – the problem was that a half-dozen other people had also found it, and offers were due in two days. Although she and her husband were well-qualified, they weren’t ready to buy a new house. Kiri knew that they would have to make an offer with a loan contingency, and their broker told them that with six offers the sellers weren’t interested in seeing anything with a contingency. They had to come in non-contingent.

The Solution

RMC had Kiri and her husband approved for a bridge loan the same day she called. They were able to make an offer with no loan or appraisal contingency and a fast close, and they got the house they had always wanted.
